La solution de citrate de sodium est ajoutée au tube de prélèvement sanguin pour l'anticoagulation, et le rapport anticoagulant/sang est de 1 : 4. Pour la détermination de la vitesse de sédimentation des érythrocytes.Le tube de 13 x 75 mm est spécialement utilisé pour le prélèvement d'échantillons de sang et l'anticoagulation dans le test de sédimentation de Westergren.Le tube de 8 x 120 mm peut être utilisé avec un rack ESR ou une sédimentation sanguine automatique
instrument.
